How does the Corporate or Private Event deposit work?
You will be required to give a non-refundable $60 deposit in order to reserve your Corporate or Private Event. Your time and date are not secure until the deposit is made.
What is your refund policy?
You may cancel your reservation up to 48 hours before your reservation and not be charged the remainder of your event fee. If you cancel with less than 48 hours before your event, you are responsible for the entirety of the agreed upon amount.
For Corporate and Private Events: You must put down a $60 non-refundable deposit upon booking your reservation.
Can I make a reservation for a party or corporate event?
Impact Axe is the perfect place to host a birthday party, bachelor/bachelorette party, divorce party, corporate event, and any other party you can think of! We can help make your event unique to you and your guests so it will be a party to remember! You will be required to put a non-refundable $60 deposit upon reserving your event. How do I book?
What if I need to change or cancel my reservation?
You are able to make changes to your reservation date or time based on availability with 24 hours or more advance notice. You may cancel your event with 24 hours notice. If you cancel your private corporate reservation with less than 24 hours notice you will not be refunded your $60 deposit.
